Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FARWAYS website and our transfer services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
2. Services Offered
FARWAYS offers premium transfer services in the Algarve, including:
- Airport transfers to and from
- Transfers between cities and hotels
- Executive transportation services
- Customized tours
- Online booking system with automatic confirmation
3. Bookings and Confirmations
When making a booking through our online system:
- You will receive a unique booking number and a confirmation PDF by email
- The booking is considered confirmed after the confirmation email is sent
- You must present the booking number to the driver at the time of service
- You are responsible for providing correct and complete information (name, email, phone, locations and times)
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policy:
- Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: full refund
- Cancellations between 12-24 hours: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 12 hours: no refund
- Date/time changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash directly to the driver. Prices shown include all applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time (we recommend 10 minutes early)
- Inform about extra luggage or special needs at the time of booking
- Behave respectfully towards the driver and keep the vehicle clean
7. Limitation of Liability
FARWAYS is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, although we make every effort to return found items.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information provided during booking is stored securely in our system and used exclusively for service delivery.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
